Sistahood INC. is a non-profit organization based and located in Brooklyn,NY. This organization was established in 2014, founded by Destiny Spencer with the purpose of helping young women in disadvantaged communities. Jahmani Cox was later appointed as President/CEO in 2017, followed by board members Joanna Alonzo, Brianne Clarke, and Niah Massop to assist in achieving the organization's goals to expand.

Destiny Spencer is a passionate and driven entrepreneur. Growing up Mostly in Brooklyn NY has played a major part in her Desire to give back to the community that contributed to her becoming the woman she is today.. .Being the founder of sistahood INC. has given her the platform to advocate for young women whose shoes she has walked in.
As A college graduate, motivational speaker, and founder of Sistagood Corp who is on her way towards building a career in law enforcement, Destiny is adamant about making her mark on society one way or another.

Joanna finds That the greatest joy is making an impression so strong that Children are inspired to be better. Joanna's educational background includes an Associates in Business Administration. She is also a full-time student working on her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

Our Director of Public Relations Brianne Clarke utilizes all social media to keep our supporters updated and in the loop. Brianne is a registered nurse with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing . She has aN ear for GOOD music and spends her free time mixing songs AND creating playlistS. Her experience in healthcare HELPED HER creatE LASTING relationships and FURTHER INSPIRES HER IN helping people.

A creative force and jack of many trades, our creative director Niah Massop has a knack for making creative ideas a reality.
Niah is a dancer, model, artist, youtuber, film editor, and caribbean carnival ENthusiast.. Although She has acquired a Bachelors degree in Media Arts, she is currently an educational apprentice in New York City public schools with a desire to help students find and pursue their passions and empower others.
